The Emilia-Romagna region is widely considered one of the greatest food regions in the entire world, and we have been lucky enough to explore it more than once. We previously visited Modena and Bologna, and this time we made our way to Parma - and it did NOT disappoint! The highlight of the trip was an incredible prosciutto tour and tasting royal festival hall at Salumificio Conti, where we got a real behind-the-scenes look at how authentic Prosciutto di Parma is made. If you are any kind of food lover, this experience is a non-negotiable.
