A judge has dismissed all eight felony child abuse and endangerment charges against former Richneck Elementary assistant principal Ebony Parker in connection with the 2023 school shooting that shocked the nation.
The ruling came during Parker’s criminal trial tied to the January 6, 2023 shooting at Richneck Elementary School in Newport News, Virginia, where first-grade teacher Abby Zwerner was shot by a 6-year-old student inside her classroom.
