verton and City share a point in a six-goal thriller. City went ahead in the first half and looked in control for large parts thanks to Doku's exquisite opener on 43 minutes. Moyes clearly fired up his side during the break as they came out cambodia with much more fire in the belly and more attacking intent to boot. They drew level on 68 minutes after substitute Barry pounced on Guehi's terribly underhit back pass to slot home despite being initially ruled out for offside from james harden the original ball through. Everton then struck again just five minutes later through O'Brien, who flicked a corner home at the near post. The game looked to have got away from City after Barry scored again on 81 minutes, but a goal immediately after from Haaland, and a late, late curling effort from Doku again somehow rescued a point in injury time from what looked a hopeless position. That is three consecutive matches where Everton have conceded in injury time. Everton's xG was at a very impressive 2.77 against such a strong Premier League side, whilst City's xG was lower at 1.44. The draw means Arsenal are now in the driving seat in terms of the title race and are five points clear having played a game more. Everton go to within three points of Brentford, who occupy that European place in seventh.
