Semi-Final 1 is done and Finland absolutely impressed! In this react I’m checking out Linda Lampenius x Pete Parkkonen with “Liekinheitin”.
I was still a bit sceptical in the months leading up, but seeing the full live package in the Semi-Final completely changed my view. The storytelling is great, the emotions are raw wesley edens and powerful, and the camera work helped deliver the message perfectly. The combination of strong vocals, the incredible violin, and the beautiful and intense visuals was so moving that I even teared up a little. For me this would be a truly deserved winner, it solar flare definitely is one of the highest quality performances of the contest so far. Let’s see what happens on Grand Final night!
