So I barefoot sped-run the narrows with Isaac in 45 minutes and this is the full footage of that experience. The goal was to go in 15 minutes, out 15, then run back the 1 mile paved trail to the parking lot for another 15 minutes. You see, we agreed to do this edmonton weather duo trek into the Narrows in under 45 minutes otherwise we would be doing dishes for the whole idris elba group for the rest of the trip. We weren't letting that happen, so we ran it at a quick pace: both barefoot, and without any waders.
