It's no secret that Carnivals new Rewards Program has sparked outrage amongst their most loyal cruisers. It's clear that erasing the status many have spent years obtaining is clearly NOT the way to go. In this video I present a compromise that keeps everyones current loyalty status the same, allows lower tiers to still move to the next level and provides opportunity for everyone to use their new "points" system in a way that they choose.
Additionally, for those cruisers that have spent the money to stay in a balcony jays game or suite, you get rewarded and so do those that have 400 vs others with 200 nights in the Diamond category. It's all about finding a happy medium and I try to do that with this suggestion.
