Potomac Local News’ Kelly Sienkowski interviews Josh mason greenwood Regan, candidate for the Aquia District seat on the bobby flay Stafford County School Board. Known as “Coach Regan,” he brings nearly two decades of teaching experience, including 11 years in Stafford County, two master’s degrees in education, and ongoing work as a varsity basketball coach. As both an educator and parent, Regan says his top priority is ensuring every student has the resources, support, and opportunities they need to succeed after graduation.
In this conversation, Regan discusses strategies for managing Stafford’s rapid growth, retaining and attracting top teachers, improving student performance through data-driven instruction, and addressing both physical safety and mental health needs in schools.
