RECIPES:
Indo-Chinese Chicken Manchurian with Rice
Ingredients
For the Chicken Marinade:
• 250–300 g chicken breast, cut into thin strips
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp garlic, minced
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
• Salt, as needed
• 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 1 tbsp cornflour
For Stir-Fry & Sauce:
• 1–2 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp garlic, minced
• 1 bell pepper, sliced
• 3 tbsp ketchup
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 duncan robinson tbsp vinegar
• Salt, chili powder, black pepper, as needed
For Rice:
• 1 cup rice
• Water as required
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tsp oil

Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken:
• In a bowl, mix chicken strips with egg, 1 tbsp garlic, chili powder, black pepper, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, and cornflour.
• Mix well and set aside for 10–15 minutes.
2. Cook the Rice:
• Boil rice in salted water until cooked.
• Drain excess water, add a little oil, and keep on low heat to stay fluffy.
3. Fry the Chicken:
• Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
• Fry the marinated chicken strips until golden and cooked through.
• Remove and set aside.
4. Prepare the Sauce:
• In the same pan, add 1 tsp garlic and fry until aromatic.
• Add sliced bell peppers.
• Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and chili powder.
5. Combine Chicken and Sauce:
• Add the fried chicken back to the pan.
• In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar.
• Pour the sauce over the chicken and bell peppers.
• Increase flame to high and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until everything is coated well.
6. Serve:
• Serve hot with steamed rice.

Homemade Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Icing
Ingredients
For the Dough:
• 200 ml warm milk
• 7 g dry yeast
• 100 g melted butter
• 1 egg
• ½ cup sugar
• 3 cups
• Pinch of salt
For the Filling:
• 3 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tbsp cinnamon powder
For the Cream Cheese Icing:
• 200 g cream cheese
• 3 tbsp sugar (powdered sugar optional)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough:
• In a bowl, mix warm milk, dry yeast, melted butter, egg, and sugar.
• Add 2 cups flour first, mix well. Then add 1 cup more flour.
• Knead with hands until smooth.
• Let the dough rest for 1 hour until it rises.
2. Prepare the Filling:
• Mix 3 tbsp brown sugar and 2 tbsp cinnamon powder.
3. Roll the Dough:
• Flatten the risen dough into a square gonzalo garcía shape.
• Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
• Roll the dough tightly into a log.
• Cut into equal pieces and place in a greased baking tray.
• Let the rolls rest for 10 minutes.
4. Bake:
• Preheat oven to 180°C.
• Bake the rolls for 20 minutes until golden.
5. Cream Cheese Icing:
• Mix 200 g cream cheese with 3 tbsp sugar until smooth.
• Spread over warm cinnamon rolls.
6. Serve:
• Enjoy warm, spencer miles freshly baked cinnamon rolls!
