Missing 6-year-old from Everman, TX. Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez was reported missing March 20, paul goldschmidt 2023, after a tip was called in to james charles CPS about concerns of the child not being seen. It was reported by family members that Noel was last seen by them in November 2022.
He is described as Hispanic 50 lbs. with brown eyes and black hair.
