In 2007 advance technology has be put in my (Richard Brown)body by (Potomac Ridge Behavioral Center in Rockville, Maryland alongside with Washington Adventist Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland) & my life has been controlled by others ever since (Because of this, I have lost jobs, can't get any work, been made homeless, it has divided my family, certain people will not talk to me or help me (even the legal aid lawyer of Rockville, Maryland (Mr. Hung Park and his co-workers) robbed me and then assisted in me to becoming homeless through a case (a Fake made up case) where I was clearly in the right (Open & Shut case & very easy to win) all because of this technology that is in my body) . I have called and spoke with the FBI & they have been made aware of my situation and they have done nothing to help me. The situation has gotten so bad that it has messed up my life in Jamaica (My Other Country of Citizenship) as well and this is why I called the FBI (It is a crime in progress in real time happening in both countries that I am a Citizen of). They don't care so now I have to take matters into my own hands to protect my life & my future and this is why I am releasing this video because the police are looking for me now because they said that I left the hospital without the doctor's permission. This video shows how I was taken to the hospital unlawfully by Rockville, Maryland police. I left the hospital because I am a grown America citizen with rights that were violated by the police, fbi, and the hospital. (correction: I should not have left the hospital because they were going to remove the chip (advance technology) but I was tricked into leaving (by women group)). They take my grown man life for a joke; but, I don't. In this video it shows how the police violated my rights & bought me to the hospital (The hospital where they now said I left without the doctor's permission). I feel like I am being targeted at this present time and fear for my safety. Hoc (Housing Opportunities Commission) provided me with an apartment, witch was head by Charlene Williams and her boss Diana Bird (After they were done with using me they kicked me out of the apartment illegally and had a fake trial where Leslie George was a fake judge and they had a fake trial to remove me from my apartment). They illegally assigned me to PEP (People Encouraging People) were they began to use the apartment against me to take medication. in other words if I did not take medication then I would loose my place to live which I did anyway. While at the apartment the doctor of PEP (Ms. C Pope) and Charlene Williams called police and took me out of my apartment and to the hospital illegally and then Dr. Pope filed a restraining order against me while I was in the hospital for a lie that Dr. Collins made up saying I threaten her. I was told that I can file a order of protection as well but I did not. All of these actions were taken against me to make money for them but it has ruin my life. I need to get this technology out of my body because it makes me extremely vulnerable to those who can use t against me. The other people at PEP that I worked with are Mikki Akers, Robert Young, Caleb Kuch, Stone Ashwood, Dan Brown, Sherri Henry (she is Jamaican & I feel she interacted with other Jamaicans in Jamaica that added more drama for my life). The actions and acts taken towards me have caused serious issues in my life (health, family relationships, and etc.). Because of the internal medicine (technology) inside of me it has cause great difficulties in getting a lawyer or/and legal additional help. It has been a hard battle which has cause a heavy toll on me.
After I left the hospital they began to track me & follow me. I have been denied jobs and my life has been altered. The police have bought me to the hospital many time illegally. They even came to my job and took me to the hospital illegally which caused me to lose my job. accuweather I have been to the hospital on my own to try and get the technology out of me with no success. if you look at all my hospital visits it is many but the reason why is because I was trying to get the technology out of me & plus the police have came to my house & work place many times and took me to the hospital without my consent (So they might try to say I am crazy). I am in my right mind and would not harm anyone. I constantly feel in danger because of the technology inside me. I went back to the hospital on my own to try and have the technology removed and I spoke with a female doctor and she was saying that the time has yungblud pasted and brushed me off (I will post the video of that soon).
I was even locked up in jail for about two weeks napoli after trying to report the situation to the Rockville police. They charged me with trespassing while at the police station.
