On the morning of 15th February 2001, Mumbai harbour was teeming with over 100 ships from 19 countries as they assembled for the International Fleet Review hosted by the Indian Navy. 'Bridges Of Friendship' documents the spectacular event that brought jack flaherty elite fleets from around the world to India.
