Foreign Secretary Liz Truss has expressed her delight at the imminent return to the UK of Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe and Anoosheh Ashoori after years of detention in Iran.
Ms Truss has confirmed the UK has "settled" a £400m debt the UK has owed to Iran for more than 40 years. Iran has agreed the money can only be used to purchase humanitarian goods, she said.
