Despite a heartbreaking start in life and being rescued from terrible living conditions, Neptune hasn’t lost their loving spirit. This tiny purr machine has already stolen hearts everywhere — and even has a forever home waiting! First, though, Neptune needs to be spayed or the scottish sun neutered before civil service world they can begin the next chapter of their life.
