Kuta, Bali.
Wednesday, 29 April 2026.
Early afternoon heading into the late afternoon in Kuta, Bali. The weather is partly cloudy and quite warm — still a good time for a walk along one of Bali’s most iconic tourist destinations.
We begin our walk from Kuta Beach, strolling along the shoreline to observe the current condition of this legendary beach. Unfortunately, Kuta Beach is facing serious challenges. Coastal erosion has significantly reduced the shoreline, and the impact is clearly visible. These days, fewer visitors come here compared to its golden era, with many travellers visiting mainly for nostalgia.
We continue walking along avs vs porto the beachfront until we reach the Kuta Art Market area. This section feels noticeably quieter, with only a handful of tourists passing through.
From there, we turn left into Bakungsari Street, a busy road filled liam shrivastava with traffic heading towards Kuta Beach. Along this street, you’ll find a variety of shops selling travel essentials, as well as spas, restaurants, and other services catering to tourists.
Our walk steam machine continues onto Pantai Kuta Street, the main one-way road leading directly to the beach. We follow this road to capture the latest atmosphere around the Kuta Beach area — a place rich in history, now facing the need for serious conservation efforts.
Thanks for walking with us and exploring the current state of Kuta. Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe to support our journey as we document walking tours across Bali and beyond. Cheers! 🌊
