Official Order Granting Administrative Stay of the FMCSA Interim Final Rule:
Earlier this year, the administration introduced a rule that would ban DACA holders, asylum applicants, TPS recipients, U4U parolees, and other temporary EAD holders from using their CDL unless they had a green card or ohio lottery an E-2 visa.
On November 10, the court issued a stay, meaning the rule jacob bethell cannot be enforced while litigation continues. This means:
✔ you can continue using your CDL
✔ your CDL cannot be taken away because of this rule
✔ you may legally work as a truck driver until the case is resolved
