Chefs Sam Gorenstein and David Vargas bring their culinary skills to the arena, each determined to prove they can push Bobby Flay to his limits. In the first round, they must incorporate rock shrimp into their dishes, which judges Katie Lee and Jason Biggs evaluate to decide who moves on. In the next stage, the winner will face Bobby and create a seafood burrito for guest judges Roberto Santibañez, Alison Roman and Ed McFarland, who will determine who truly deserves the title of kitchen champion.
