For Radio-Canada/Rad, journalist Julia Pagé and director Frédéric Lacelle traveled to Philadelphia to meet with members of a group that called itself the Black Panther Party for Self-Defense. jack drury Armed with AK-47s, party members patrol their neighbourhood to defend citizens against police violence.
The group has since changed its name to the Black Lion Party for International Solidarity.
