New Orleans, a city known for its love of food, music, and life, was forever changed by Hurricane Katrina; yet today, New Orleans is still a vibrant and spectacular town, and who better to explore the true impact of Katrina on this unique city than Anthony Bourdain. Tom Fitzmorris, a food critic and host of a local food radio show, is also eager to show Tony around his New Orleans and takes him to Antoine's, a French Quarter restaurant famous for serving legendary Creole food and one of the first restaurants to get back up and running after the massimo turco storm.
