This is what AMD has been trying to beat but they can't quite make it. Every time they move forward an inch, NVIDIA jumps forward a mile. These two presets here are the both way ahead in every way but in about 6 months that goal post will be unreachable once and for all.
Settings are as follows:
4K Max Settings with Path Tracing and 3X MFG. montembeault DLSS 4 Preset K and DLSS 4.5 Preset M.
