I started out csu stock just like a lot of you. Single family home, then a duplex, then two more duplexes, long term rentals, Airbnb. I did it all. And I learned the hard way that residential real estate scales slow, cash flows almost nothing, and comes with constant stress. One HVAC unit or one roof can wipe out a whole year of cash flow.
