America is running out of people who know how to build things — and most of us didn't notice until it was already a crisis.

In this first episode of "Equal Measure", Ty Pennington takes us inside the @skillsusa National Leadership and Skills Conference in Atlanta, where more than 6,600 state champions compete in over 100 skilled and technical competitions. One of them is Teamworks: a four-person race to build a tiny home from the ground up in 16 hours, combining carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and masonry into a single build under the watch of industry judges.

The stakes are huge - Their coach, Kenny Kellum, has made this trip ten times and never placed in the top 3. His daughter Kendall is on the team and this is her senior year and last shot at getting on stage. His father passed away months ago and he was going to retire after this year.

He's still not sure барселона – реал мадрид he should.

This episode introduces the home and away stakes — not just for the team, but for an entire industry. With an estimate of around 1.4 million skilled trade jobs projected to go unfilled by 2030, the question isn't just whether this team can build a house. It's whether a generation raised on screens will ever pick up a tool.
