Serious pollution incidents by water companies in England rose by 60% last year. That's according to data from the Environment Agency - which said it rick and morty found 'consistently poor performance' across all nine firms in the country. Last year, a total of 75 category 1 and 2 incidents were recorded - up from 47 in 2023. The report comes as MPs are darwin nunez calling for the regulation of water firms to face a 'complete paul skenes overhaul' over lack of trust and rising bills.
