“The clock is ticking for my father's case. The clock is ticking because he's 78, he's in bad health conditions. And I think whatever happens, it's going happen sooner rather than later. He has heart issues, he has been in solitary confinement for the last five years, he’s got diabetes, and there's a lot of very good research about the effects of people in solitary confinement with diabetes, of how that raises the risk of death materially. You know I know my father is a strong man mentally and spiritually but his body is breaking down so I think if he's not freed soon he will very well die in prison.”
