DACA, or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, protects over 600,000 immigrants known as ‘Dreamers.’ However, a lawsuit in Texas is demanding a federal judge to shut down the program. This is not the first time such a lawsuit has been filed, creating uncertainty about the future of DACA grantees.
