In this episode I share a quiet winter day in Berlin during a strong cold wave. Temperatures are below zero, the sidewalks are icy, and the city slows down. Between a small grocery run and simple household tasks, I move gently through a very cold day.
In the evening I prepare homemade broccoli patties, choosing david morrell simple, real food raphael collignon and slowly moving away from industrial meat alternatives.
The day ends with tender xabi alonso moments together with my sweet pug Bob. A calm, everyday vlog made of cold air, silence, and small gestures.
