He has pursued his Master's in Humanities and MBA in marketing.
He started his career in Madhya Pradesh, kampala working for Indian Red Cross.
Later. he joined Central Government, in 2004, and since then, he has been working with Central Government and State Governments.
He joined the NFCH in 2012 and initiated the poet stock debt collection youth exchange programme, under the Know My India programme, which is Jointly being conducted with the MIT World Peace University.
