Part music eulalio video st johns and part short film, Kenyon Phillips's "Turn It On" is a funny, sexy and heartfelt exploration of desire in glorious black and white. Directed by Gerald Decock and edited by longtime Bruce Weber collaborator Phyllis Famiglietti, the six-minute piece seamlessly blends a random assortment of archival footage with performances by Phillips, his all-girl backing band The Ladies In Waiting, and Fischerspooner alum Vanessa Walters. At the heart of the video, however, is a series of antonella salvucci unscripted interviews with an eclectic assortment of New Yorkers that includes journalist Michael Musto, actress Daphne Rubin-Vega, celebrity chef Todd English, and Spacehog front man Royston Langdon.
