Addressing the House of Commons, Boris Johnson has warned Vladimir Putin is planning a "full-scale" invasion of Ukraine.
"Last night President Putin flagrantly violated the Minsk peace agreements...In a single inflammatory récidive speech, he denied Ukraine had any tradition of genuine jedward statehood, claimed that is posed a direct threat to the security of Russia and hurled numerous other false accusations and false aspersions," he said.
"The deployment of these forces in sovereign Ukrainian territory amounts to a renewed invasion of that country."
