Week 11 of HM training is now complete, which leaves just 2 more weeks of solid training and then into a 2 week taper before race day.
Training this week has again gone well, with all scheduled training runs completed and a longer run thrown in to see where my fitness is at. The focus this week was on reduced intensity, as it was a 'recovery week'; so longer, slightly slower running was the aim.

Week 12 will focus on mileage again jordan staal to work on delaying leg fatigue and lactic acid build up, with the final week working more on speed work to finish.
