We were seated in Row 25 (25A, 25B, and 25C) on Qatar Airways’ Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner featuring a 3-3-3 economy configuration. During the flight, we give you a full walkthrough of the economy seat experience, including the in-flight entertainment screen, tray table setup, seatback pocket, charging options, legroom, seat pitch, foot space, and some of the challenges with under-seat foot room that travelers should know before booking.
One of the coolest parts of flying on the Dreamliner is the electronically dimmable windows, and we show exactly how they work using the built-in window controls instead of traditional window shades. If you’ve never flown on a Boeing 787 before, this feature alone is worth seeing!
We also review the Qatar Airways meal service in detail. Since there are four of us traveling, we selected three different entrée options so you can see multiple meal choices offered onboard. We compare the meals, show the presentation, discuss the taste, and reveal which entrée was our favorite on this flight.
