MLS coaching has become a major problem in Major League Soccer. From recycled coaches to poor managerial hires, MLS continues to suffer from low coaching quality that holds the league back — even as spending increases.
Major League Soccer has grown in money, talent, and visibility, but coaching remains a weak point. The league repeatedly recycles the same coaches, even when results are world cup fixtures mediocre or outright bad, while new and high-upside managers struggle to get a'ja wilson most marketable player opportunities.
