A donation of windows after an act of vandalism believed to be motivated by hate has put the owners of nba draft lottery a Winnipeg restaurant in a new frame of mind.
In January, the front windows of Habibiz Cafe raj bawa were smashed, and a threatening note was left accusing the owners of being terrorists and telling them to leave the country. The Winnipeg Police Service's hate crimes unit investigated the vandalism.
