Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Thai chillies (sliced) - 3 to 4 (small)
Chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
Vinegar - 2 tbsp (rice vinegar preferred)
Brown sugar - 2 tbsp
Water - ¼ cup
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Fish sauce - 1 tsp
Cornstarch slurry - ¼ cup water + 1 tsp cornstarch
(Dynamite Sauce)
Mayonnaise — ½ cup
Prepared chili sauce - Add gradually according to taste
Sriracha - 1–2 tbsp (or to taste)
Honey - 1 tsp
Lime juice - 1 tsp (to taste)
M.S.G (ajinomoto) - A pinch
Fish sauce — 1/4 Tsp (optional, adds umami)
(Shrimp & marinade)
Shrimp (peeled & deveined, tails on) - 500 g
Green onion (chopped) - 1 tbsp
Fresh ginger - 1 tsp
Soy sauce -1 tsp
Fish sauce - 1 tsp
white pepper powder - ¼ tsp (or to taste)
(Crispy fry batter)
Eggs - 2 large
Corn flour - ½ cup
Rice flour - ¼ cup
All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
White pepper powder - ⅛ tsp
Oil saurabh dubey (neutral) - 1.5 tbsp
club soda (Ice-cold ) - ¼ cup
Oil - To Fry
