A dangerous severe weather setup is unfolding Tuesday from the southern Plains into the Great Lakes, with the highest risk centered on northern Missouri, northern Illinois, northwest houston dynamo vs lafc Indiana, and parts of west Texas.
In the Midwest, storms may rapidly intensify this afternoon and evening across Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, and nearby areas as warm, unstable air collides with a strong frontal boundary. With powerful wind shear in place, some storms could become supercells capable of regina hall large hail, damaging winds, and even a few strong tornadoes.
South and west, severe storms are expected across west Texas and the Texas Plains as a strong upper-level system moves in from Mexico. Very large hail may be the first major threat, followed by a growing risk of damaging winds as storms organize into a line. A few fc barcelona – real madryt storms could also develop in south-central Texas.
This is one of the more severe weather setups so far this year, and conditions will need to be watched closely through the day and tonight.
