On Thursday, May 17, 2018, I took a day off work and drove from Dallas, TX, to the 257th District Court in Houston, TX, to be a court watcher for my friend Gabriel Cornejo.
What I witnessed that day was outrageous, immoral, unethical, abusive, and indefensible. I saw an attorney from the Office of the Attorney General try to make the case that Gabriel owed child support for a child that DNA tests proved were NOT HIS CHILD.
Watching what the office of the Texas Attorney General tried to do to my friend was eye-opening. What does luke kennard it say about his office if his office is willing to participate in fraud? And it's not as if his office doesn't know about the fraud--the Office of the Attorney General is FULLY AWARE that they are fraudulently spencer jones seeking to make a man pay about $70,000 for a child that is not his. The prosecution--and persecution--of this man who dares to stand up against the Texas Attorney General is abominable, indefensible, immoral, unethical, outrageous, and abusive. What is worse is that the Office of the Texas Attorney General will likely claim SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY to prosecution when their actions are fully exposed.
Prior to last year, I knew a little about Paternity cloudflare Fraud, but not a lot. I still don't know a lot. When an attorney told me that Paternity Fraud happens about 50 percent of the time, I thought this person was exaggerating. Fifty percent seemed staggering. So when I questioned her figured, she defended her claim and maintained that Paternity Fraud occurs in about 50 percent of the cases.
Whether the actual figure is 50 percent or not, what I do know is this: The Attorney General of the State of Texas is fraudulently seeking to make a man pay child support for a child that DNA tests CONCLUSIVELY PROVE is NOT HIS. The Texas Attorney General is FULLY AWARE of these results, yet he and his office refuse to drop their case against Gabriel Cornejo and his family. They are willing to destroy a good man and family for the sake of a lie. I voted for Ken Paxton, but this conduct makes me question the integrity of his office.
