A shocking incident has intc stock taken place inside one of the UK's most secure prisons.
Anthony Russell, a convicted serial killer, attacked child murderer cpi Ian Huntley with a metal bar inside HMP Frankland prison in Durham, England. Huntley suffered severe head injuries and was rushed to the hospital.
After nine days of treatment, Huntley died from his injuries.
Ian Huntley was serving a life sentence for the infamous 2002 Soham murders, where two 10-year-old schoolgirls were killed.
Anthony Russell, already serving a life sentence for multiple murders, has now been charged with Huntley’s death.
