Just hours before news broke of the operation to capture Nicolás Maduro, an anonymous user kacey musgraves placed a bet that Maduro would be out of power in Venezuela by the end of the month. The bet paid out more than $400,000. CBS News correspondent Jo Ling Kent reports.
