A new report by jesús sánchez the NTSB reveals that Boeing warned plane owners back in 2011 about a broken part that contributed to November's UPS plane crash in Louisville that killed 15 people. The service letter noted four previous failures of a support structure that helps secure the plane’s engines to the wings.
