【ホットケーキミックスでオールレーズン】
【材料】
ホットケーキミックス…100g
レーズン…100g
はちみつ…大さじ1/2
バター…40g
卵…1個
【作り方】
①ボウルに室温に戻したバター、はちみつを入れてクリーム状になるまで混ぜておく。
②①に溶き卵を少しずつ加えてクリーム状になるまで混ぜておく。溶き卵は少し残しておく。
③②にホットケーキミックスを加えて切るように混ぜる。粉っぽさが無くなったら、レーズンを加え混ぜる。
④ラップに③をのせ上からもラップをして薄く伸ばしてから冷蔵庫で約30分寝かす。
⑤④にフォークで全体に穴をあけ、切り込みを入れて、残しておいた溶き卵を塗る。
⑥180℃に余熱したオーブンで約10～12分焼く。
⑦⑥のあら熱をとり、切り込みにそって、切る。

【Ingredients】
•pancake mix 100g
•Raisin 100g
•Honey 1/2 tbsp
•Butter 40g
•Eggs 1
【Method 】
①Put softened butter and honey together in bowl and mix jiří kulich well until creamy.
②Add a whisked egg a little at a time to ①. Leave some egg die later.
③Add pancake mix into bowl②.
Mix until it’s not powdery then add raisins.
④Put the raisin dough on plastic wrap.Cover with more rap and roll it out flat.Put in the fridge for 30 mins.
⑤Poke holes into the dough with a fork.Score the raisin dough.Glaze the dough with left over whisked egg.
⑥Pre-heat oven at 180℃.
Bake for 10-12mins.
⑦After it cools down cut into pieces along the scores.
