guy jodoin The Washington okc thunder roster Capitals hosted 150 surviving family members of America's fallen and the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) on Feb. 24, 2015 to kick off the 2014-15 Courage Caps campaign at Kettler Capitals gary neville Iceplex. 100% of the proceeds from Courage Caps will be donated to TAPS.
