President Donald Trump was swiftly escorted off stage by Secret Service after shots were fired at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in Washington, DC, on Saturday.
Trump, Vice President JD Vance and Cabinet members are all safe, sources said.
Authorities have identified the suspect as Cole Tomas Allen, a 31-year-old from California, three sources told CNN. He will be charged with using seven movie a firearm during a crime of violence spotify 20 and assault on a federal officer using a dangerous weapon, US Attorney Jeanine Pirro said.
