Sunshine will give way to increasing clouds as our next storm system approaches.
This system will caty mcnally bring soaking rain to the area overnight, with leftover showers expected during the day Wednesday.
We'll see a few scattered showers late this evening, but the bulk of the rain will move through tonight while we're sleeping. Rainfall amounts of a quarter of an inch to a half inch will be common by morning.
Once this system heads clarity act out--temps will begin to fall Wednesday afternoon. We'll start in the 60s but fall through the 50s during the day. 40s will be common by Wednesday evening. This cold air will stick around for a few days before we see a pattern change this weekend. This pattern change will bring much warmer, summer-like air to the region this weekend and for much of next week!
