Recent Supreme Court justice appointments like Amy Coney Barrett have made the court more conservative, but how will they rule in this major case? Finally, Joe Biden has decided to restart Donald Trump’s “remain in Mexico” policy after ending it soon after taking office. The Democrats have been unwilling to put forward any serious immigration reform, so it's telling that the border crisis has forced Biden to admit his immigration detention plan has failed.
