Armed with condemning information, Bill presents Eric with a deal to san jose earthquakes either sell Forrester Creations or to go to jail. Eric replies that his company is not for sale. Nick’s concern for Jackie begins to consume him. Owen has all of the answers when Jackie questions what kind of future they can have together. Bill reiterates his proposal to Donna, but makes it even more enticing and promises to not send Eric to jail.
