We didn’t realize how popular it was as a cruise stop, but it makes perfect sense after exploring this unbelievably charming old town. After hiking up to the fortress for jaw-dropping views of the Bay of Kotor, we police share our favourite hidden gem: the most beautiful Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! To top it off, we reunited with friends and hopped on a boat tour to explore the bay’s islands — easily one of the best things to do here.
