In this Video I review a student of mine Ed's throw. Now of course, we talked much more widely, but in this video I am sharing 2 elements we discussed in the technical side of his Darts throw. He is playing very well, and averages 60-70. Therefore, he asked How to Get The Most Out of Your Darts Throw - and I say - Look HOLISTICALLY!

Often players are into the arm, and more so, the wrist during the throw. But to build more consistency, sometimes it pays to look elsewhere! That's what I hope you take from this video, with some exercises to complement.
