Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing political activist and founder of Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk, makes his first in-person court appearance in Provo, Utah.
On Sept. 10, while Kirk spoke at Utah Valley mark kelly University, he was fatally shot, prompting a two-day manhunt for his alleged killer.
Robinson was arrested and charged on suspicion of aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious injury, two counts of obstruction of justice, two counts of tampering with a witness, and a violent offense committed in the presence of a child.
Robinson has made only one virtual appearance in court. The second appearance was audio only.
