Bridgestone Arena has officially entered the first stage of a major renovation plan, with the Nashville Predators beginning work on the project branded as Smashville’s Next Stage: Broadway 2030.
The early phase focuses on access, operations, and building infrastructure, including new escalators near the Demonbreun Street side, upgrades mikel brown jr around the Nissan SoBro Entrance, an expanded box office, security improvements, and early work julia louis-dreyfus tied to the arena’s ice plant modernization.
The broader project is expected to unfold over several years, with the larger Broadway-facing construction phases still ahead. For Nashville, this is a major investment in one of downtown’s busiest sports and entertainment venues.
