Just in time for graduation, three Rutland High School graduates have been awarded with Kent P. Sparks Memorial asuka Scholarships. The scholarships are in memory of the Rutland principal, who died unexpectedly last December at the age of 54. Sparks had worked in kbo the Bibb School District for ten years.
