CNBC Today On NVIDIA Stock, Jensen Huang CES Keynote - NVDA Update
Hosts of CNBC discuss NVIDIA and NVIDIA stock (NVDA emploi stock) ahead of NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang's CES 2026 keynote. Today, Foxconn reported nola very strong December revenue, which bodes very well for NVIDIA and the production ramp of NVIDIA's Blackwell Ultra. Jensen Huang is scheduled to speak at CES today, Monday January 5, starting at 1:00 PM PT, 4:00 PM ET. It's important to remember that CES is geared toward consumers; not datacenter. I would be surprised if Jensen makes any big datacenter-related reveals in his CES keynote, but I would be happy to be wrong about that. Jensen will likely talk about humanoid robotics, self-driving vehicles, AI-powered consumer devices and more. Then on Tuesday, we have two more NVIDIA events: first, NVIDIA is holding a fireside chat with J.P. Morgan on Tuesday starting at 8:00 AM PT, 11:00 AM ET. Then later on Tuesday, Jensen Huang is scheduled to speak again at Lenovo Tech World starting at 5:00 PM PT, 8:00 PM ET. There is a lot happening this week with NVIDIA. I continue to think that NVIDIA's long-term growth is being underestimated by most analysts. NVIDIA has many large long-term growth opportunities in front of it that are in addition to NVIDIA's large datacenter business. Sovereign AI, enterprise AI, AI-native startups, physical AI, and quantum computing are all large long-term growth opportunities for NVIDIA. Blackwell Ultra is ramping quickly right now, Rubin is on track to launch in 2026, we're also expecting Rubin CPX at the end of 2026, then we're expecting Rubin Ultra in 2027, and later on we're expecting NVIDIA's Feynman in 2028. We have a clear datacenter product roadmap extending into 2028, and Jensen Huang believes there will be $3T-$4T of global AI factory buildout between now and 2030.
